In the mid-1980s, Ron Jorgensen started his commercial roofing company, One Source Roofing & Maintenance after working in the corporate commercial roofing industry for several years. He decided he could offer better services and value if he ventured out on his own.
The company quickly gained a reputation for quality work and excellent customer service. They worked on a variety of projects, from small office buildings to large industrial warehouses.
As the company grew, Ron’s young son, Daniel was a frequent tag-a-long with his dad at the various job sites. He was always fascinated by his father’s work. He officially began working for the company during high school summers, and full time after graduating, proving himself exceptionally capable at all aspects of the job and receiving certifications from their top manufacturer Versico Roofing Systems.
After Daniel decided to join the family business full-time. He quickly proved himself to be a valuable asset to the company, using his father’s expertise and years of wisdom as a starting point he to helped streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Under their combined leadership, the company continued to grow and expand. They invested in new equipment and technology, allowing them to take on even larger and more complex projects.
Today, the company is one of the most respected and well-known roofing contractors in the region, with a long history of excellence and a commitment to quality that has been passed down from one generation to the next.
Now, this second generation is expanding the company even further by opening a second office in the Lansing, Mid-Michigan area. He brings the same value-oriented, problem-solving approach to the business he learned working with his father all those years.
Much like his father, he’s assembled a terrific team of commercial roofing technicians, each well-versed in their craft, who are eager to help with your commercial roofing needs. To date, he’s yet to have a younger Jorgensen tag along to oversee his work but if history bears repeating it certainly does here.
